Does anybody remember a Irish Boy called Patrick Mowbray, I believe spelling of name is correct. I can Remember seeing him box in The Daily Star Golden Gloves the very first year it was formed and filmed by sky television in Coatbridge in Scotland. It has since gone on to be called the four Nations. He boxed in the final against Teddy Day from the Newham ABC and beat him to win Gold Medal With Teddy winning the Silver Medal. I believe the year was 1992. Mowbray was a very classy boxer, tall and skillful, with hes jabs. If anyone knows what become of him, did he win any other championships in Ireland or anywhere else. Please post back!
