Boxing club's knockout night
BOXERS and ex-boxers from 12 to 75-years-old gathered in Bideford on Friday night for the 50th anniversary celebrations of Bideford Amateur Boxing Club.
The evening also included the club's annual presentation night, with awards going to successful and aspiring club members.
Winners were: most improved juniors, Matt Van Emmenis and Dan Ashman; most improved senior, Soane Coysh; most dedicated junior, Ben Owen; most dedicated senior, Richard Grigg; best supporter Amie Evans-Loude.
There were also medals for all the boxers who participated during the year.
